Building of rectangular cross-section with absolute symmetry of openings on both floors. Great emphasis has been placed on the decoration of the central entrance with neoclassical elements (gables, columns, lintels, etc.). Inside, the large wooden staircase is interesting.
The building is located in the historical center of the city. It was built at the expense of the local benefactor Z. Vournazos, but the name of the architect remains unknown. It was completed in 1899 and since the day of its inauguration it has been functioning as a school building.
