Two-story eclectic building, with strong neoclassical elements. It was built in 1900, at the expense of the Municipality, to house its services.
The old City Hall building is located on the city’s waterfront. For many years it housed the services of the Municipality.
Today the first floor of the building has been converted into a meeting room (of the Municipal Council) and ceremonies, while the ground floor houses the Library as well as the various cultural activities of the Municipality.
