It is located approximately 3.1 km north-northeast of Sigri.
Its vegetation is overwater, with reeds (Phragmites australis and Arundo donax) and reeds (Typha sp.) but there are also tamarisks (Tamarix parviflora) in the northern river bed. As for its fauna, the river turtles (Mauremys rivulata), frogs (Pelophylax bedriagae) and mullets (Mugil cephalus) stand out.
