They are located approximately 0.5 km northeast of Apotheka and it is a seasonal stream that maintains uninterrupted communication with the sea and includes sandbars and shoals.
It is an area of archaeological interest, grazing is observed in the wider catchment area.
There are frogs (Pelophylax bedriagae), as well as molluscs and significant populations.
